Genesis 14, Jeremiah 37 & 38

Bro. Tanner Meeks ministered a very timely message this morning to the congregation of Bellview Church. The measure of anointing was tremendous as he preached to the congregation the need to walk in wisdom concerning warfare and the fact that Satan’s tactics even in warfare need to be discerned as we seek the Lord about how we should approach each battle and not assume we should simply charge the enemy. Sometimes Satan knows how we will respond. If we become predictable in warfare, then Satan will lure us in to places and snare us in his traps.

As we continued preaching, the Spirit of God led us to the dungeon of the prophet Jeremiah. The Lord dealt with certain of Jeremiah’s friends (31 to be exact) to tie together pieces of garments (Jeremiah 38:11) to lower down to rescue Jeremiah. This leads us to the point that we do not fight alone. Our brothers and sisters should not fight alone either. We should bind together, tie our garments to each other and lower them down to those who are in need of rescue.

What a wonderful message under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Keep fighting for one another church. If you know someone who needs this message, please feel free to share it with them.
